  The title is literal - this is too small to be called a restaurant, but it is every bit a cafe. And that isn't a bad thing. There still is plenty of room between tables that you don't feel like you're being herded in like cattle. The service was great; what I would expect from a family run cafe/restaurant.
  
  Tea please: My wife and I, for better or worse, base our Chinese restaurants first on the tea. When you are seated, do they bring that authentic herbal tea in the stainless steal kettle? If they don't, something just feels amiss. China Cafe has this, thus we got off on the right foot.
  Food: The egg drop soup was done well, but the egg parts could have been bigger. For our entree we shared the General Tao Chicken because typically there is enough for us to share. You can tell that the meat, and veggies are fresh. The taste was spot on and it's served with a hearty size bowl of white rice. Oh, and we have leftovers!
  The price: The price is what I would call reasonable. It's not too expensive, but it certainly isn't cheap Chinese. This is probably a combination of the cost to truck in food, and the price to stay open year round.
  Overall - good food and service at a fare price.
