These guys work hard and have to prepare a ton of food on a relatively short number of nights during the year to make a living. (Ski towns are quiet places in shoulder seasons.) I've yet to have a bad dish there, although I could do without the occasional hot pepper that knocks me off my feet.March 14, 2017
